How do I book for an event?

Our equipment is designed for crawlers to 4 year old. Since older children are a little rougher this equipment set up is to let the little ones enjoy a good time rather than jumping in a big jumper with older kids and having the risk of getting hurt.

You can easily book online through our "Book my Package." You can also contact us through IG, FB, or by calling/texting our contact number. When your date, location and time is confirmed and if available, there is a $100.00-$200.00 deposit required to reserve and secure your date. Full amount will be due prior to set up the day of your event.

$100.00-$200.00 Deposit will be non refundable. If the deposit does not cover the damage, there will be additional charges due within 5 days of your event.

For your convenience, we accept: Cash, Venmo, CashApp, and Apple Pay 

Full payment is due a day before your event (if paying electronically) or the day of your event prior to set up (if paying in cash).

All equipment is cleaned and sanitized using non-toxic disinfectants. We clean and sanitize every piece of equipment before, at set up, and after your event. 

What time is your latest pick up.

8:00 PM . Although we try to accommodate all your party needs and times frames, picking up later than 8:00 PM makes it hard to inspect equipment to make sure all equipment is in good condition. 

What is your cancellation Policy?

  • Once contract is received, your deposit is nonrefundable – we can postpone your event for a period of 1 year from booking date if you wish to cancel (No exceptions).  
  • Last minute bookings: Cancellation: No deposit return. 
  • Due to COVID – No deposit return - we can postpone your event for a period of 1 year from booking date if you wish to cancel (No exceptions).  
  • Due to Rain: In case of rain the day of your event, we will hold your deposit if you wish to postpone (We will not set up unless you are able to accommodate set-up indoors). 
  • Due to high winds: Please have an indoor option available. Unfortunately our soft play equipment is very light and can be damaged by high winds.

If you are not able to accommodate for play area indoors,  we can reschedule or postpone your event. If it is raining at the time we have to leave for set up and/or starts raining while setting up, we will not set up outdoors.

We have a first come first serve policy. Your booking is only held 24 hours after booking, if someone else books for the same day - and sends deposit before you, the booking will automatically go to the other person. Please send deposit followed by your booking. 

Rental Rules

  • Play at your own risk
  • All children must be supervised by an adult at ALL times.
  • No shoes are allowed inside the play area (Heels, Sport shoes, sandals, etc.)
  • Socks are required at all times. 
  • No diving or throwing balls outside of the ball pit.
  • No food, candy, gum, or beverages allowed.
  • No pushing or horseplaying in play area. 
  • No equipment should removed from play area. 
  • No children over the age of 5 years allowed in the play area.
  • No pets, toys, or sharp objects allowed inside the play area (Equipment can be easily damaged with any type of shar objects). 
  • Only adults with infants 6months-1.5 years are allowed in play area (without shoes). 
  • Please ensure that there are not too many children in play are. 
  • Please ensure that no child who is feeling unwell uses the play area. 

 

It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this SOFT PLAY EQUIPMENT to ensure that all

possible steps are taken to avoid any injury or damage to the equipment. Please ensure that the above Safety Instructions are followed. 

*Any rule not followed will result in no deposit return*

It is important to read our Waiver of Liability agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as mentioned above. Please be aware that while our equipment is in your care, you are fully responsible for the equipment and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this includes the equipment being returned in an unacceptable condition (Damaged or dirty condition,stains, holes, rips etc.) If in any case this occurs, the client will be held fully responsible to pay all damages, thank you.

4. You will receive an email from us with availability (Please check your spam)

5. $100 Deposit required to book our standard packages and $200.00 to book our Bigger equipment  (returned after your event -if all equipment is in good condition at pick up) - Once deposit is received, you will receive a contract and you'll be all set!
