How to Book:
1. Choose your favorite package and add-on's
2. Measure your space and choose your package size
3. Send us all the Information we need to service your event - this way we can send the quote with deposit information (PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER WITHIN 6 HRS OF BOOKING- Request sent from Fri-Sun please allow until Monday for quote).
4. Once you agree to all terms and conditions of the quote/deposit email and we receive your deposit we will notify you via email. (Please note: there is a $100-$200 Deposit required returned to you the day after your event- once the equipment has been inspected. The deposit DOES NOT apply to your final balance due. Final balance is due the day of your event if paying in cash, or a day before if paying electronically. Security deposit is to ensure there are no damages/ stains/ rips/ or lost items at time of pick up)
5. Once we receive your signed contract, you are all set! (Please expect contract on Monday following your booking)
6. Please expect final details for your event at least 2-3 days before your event.
7. Deposit Return: All deposits will go out the Monday following your event. Please expect an email for deposit return. Once we hear back from you- your deposit is returned.
We have a quick turn around time for all above steps, if you do not hear from us within a couple of hours please let us know, thank you!
All rental's include 4 hours of fun - Additional time available for all rentals.
Please note: All bookings must be followed by a refundable deposit (Venmo / Cash App / Apple Pay) to finalize and secure your date. Deposit will be returned to you after your event if all equipment is in good condition.
If damages exist and deposit does not cover damages, additional fee's apply (due 5 days post your event date).

Please note: Flat surface is required for all set ups
(Concrete recommended for better quality. Grass may cause play area to be uneven and doors will not stay in place).

4. You will receive an email from us with availability (Please check your spam)
5. $100 Deposit required to book our standard packages and $200.00 to book our Bigger equipment (returned after your event -if all equipment is in good condition at pick up) - Once deposit is received, you will receive a contract and you'll be all set!
